SMK Art Designs

At SMK Art Designs, every product is made to order with care and creativity. Because our items are custom-printed just for you, we handle returns and refunds a bit differently than traditional stores. That said, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund—at no extra cost to you.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
• Your order number

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived and the shipping address was entered correctly, let us know. If it’s confirmed lost in transit, we’ll send you a free replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size or color ordered
• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Please be sure to review all product details and sizing charts before completing your purchase.

Orders Returned to Sender

If a package is returned because of an invalid or incomplete address:

• We can reship it (shipping fees apply), or
• Offer a partial refund, minus original shipping and production costs

Additional Notes

• All issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving your item.
• There’s no need to return the product in order to receive a refund or       
       replacement.
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
